Pop-up windows
Sometimes, when viewing some details, eg. fabric swatches, a pop-up window will appear. This window enables you to see enlargements of swatches without losing your place. You can close this window when done or simply leave it by clicking back on the window (visible but dimmed) from where you came. If you do the latter, the fabric viewer will be reactivated if you choose to see other fabrics on other products. You will be guided by the size of your screen.
Some users may have software or browser settings to disable these pop-up windows. These settings can be overidden by key commands, the details depending on your machine, browser, operating system etc. The windows on this site only come up for specific viewing of fabric details, close-ups of umbrella designs; these have to be requested by click by the user. If the pop-up window does not appear for any reason, try right clicking and opening in new window (on Macs, either hold mouse down over link for a few secs or else Control + click, then open link in new window)
Colours
Because of the wide range of computers, operating systems, browsers, servers and screen monitors, it is necessary to apply some caution in judging the colours of the products displayed in these pages. All effort has been made to display them as naturally as possible but there can, in some cases, be a gap between representation and the physical product.
Reporting technical problems
Please feel free to make any comments about the functioning of this site on your computer to the web designer. It is possible that in some browsers on some computers, not all functions will work as smoothly as they should. If the designer is made aware of any problem, you can be assured that it will be addressed.
